With over twenty years of architectural experience, Mr. Casner has been involved in a wide variety of projects throughout the United States. He has been responsible for all phases of the life of projects from site planning, entitlements, schematic design, and design development, to production and coordination of construction documents, and construction administration. He has overseen projects for both local and national clients and has extensive experience working with clients, design teams and consultants that have resulted in successful projects. His proven leadership has resulted in satisfied, repeat clients.
Mr. Casner’s range of work includes commercial, retail, industrial, government, school, restaurant, and tenant improvement. He is currently overseeing construction administration for a Larkburger restaurant in Denver, CO.
Mr. Casner also has over seven years of experience with the design/build delivery system from design phase through construction administration.
Mr. Casner attended college at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture.
Mr. Casner is a registered Architect in the State of Colorado and Utah and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mr. Brettmann has been involved in architecture and engineering since 1989 providing services in retail, multi-family, and commercial projects throughout Colorado. Mr. Brettmann has extensive experience in major retail projects such as Larkridge in Thornton, Broomfield Corners, Aurora City Place and Palomino Park. These projects span over several years and continue to showcase as unique architectural projects for their site layouts, buildings, and surroundings in and around the Denver metro area.
Mr. Brettmann prides himself on his highly professional service and attention to both budget and timeframe.
Mr. Brettmann has an architecture degree from SCC, Milford, Nebraska and is now in the process of taking his Architect Registration exams through NCARB to become a licensed Colorado Architect.
